"No more airplane birthdays..."

Jaxon celebrated his 3rd birthday this week on the 21st. It is amazing to think that I have been a mom for three years and also have not been working out of the home for that amount of time as well. Time flies. Jaxon has had a major like with airplanes and airports for awhile now so we knew that would kind of be the theme for this birthday. He was excited to wake up to balloons. Then we went as a family bowling. This is another thing that Jaxon really seems to like. He did great with bumpers and the extra little ramp helper. He actually almost tied me...we both almost broke 100! Yippee! Then we went to McDonald's for chicken nuggets. One of the rare things Jaxon seems to eat lately. Then he got to have a family birthday party. He had an airplane cake, got airplane presents, games, farm animals, and got to play with cousins. I don't think he could have been happier! The night was a long one though and by 10pm when we were putting him down for bed he kept saying no more airplane birthdays. Kind of cute! Also his new favorite saying is "not yet." Do you need a diaper change? Not yet... You get the idea. Kind of funny. Also a special thing about Jaxon's birthday is that it is right before Grandma Marilyn's birthday and two days before Great Grandma Draxler's. So there is a lot of celebrating going on in our family this time of year! I will add pictures soon!
